Just bought a Polo Breadvan for £150, a few problems in the engine department but other than that its ok, I NEED SOME IDEAS!

How do I upload pictures? :roflwtf

look at the "Uploading Pictures to the Forum" topic
Best way is photobucket then copy the direct address for the picture, highlight it and press the Img box in edit post. Should look like
[img]your-picture.jepg[/img]

Used the free touchup pen to do the wheel badge

The hub caps look good painted-they look like alloy wheels now. a bumper lip would look nice up front, you can buy strips of foam or rubber from hardware stores to make them for very cheap.

So I got this practice panel and I have no idea where to get Hydrogen Peroxide or how to get through the paint.

hardware stores should sell "paint stripper" works like a charm :D
and youll need a electric sander or angle grinder with sanding pad.. makes life alot easyier
